Friday night we went to the dirt track races in fairmont...
jules had to work til 6, but that was just right being they
started at 7, so she met us at the mall (yes...i got sam to go
SHOPPING ;)...nyk, nyk, nyk ;)...twice to be exact, although he
won't admit he was actually shopping...) anyway, we all went
to the races from there. it was cold let me tell ya, but still fun! :))
(and i won't say i wasn't warned to not wear capris & sam's
favorite foot wear: flipflops ;)...hey at least i have camoflauge
ones now ;)) anyway, that was pretty fun! i love the races!
they have such pretty cars! ;)

Come to think of it, I don't think I have ever been to the races when it was actually warm out! Why is that? hmmm....
And you definitely get a bonus for getting Sam to go shopping. I had a hard time breaking Jordan in, too; but he's pretty good about it now. Except he still calls the Coral Ridge Mall (which is a REALLY nice mall, btw) "Scheels" because it happens to have a nice big Scheels store in it! I guess some things will never change! :D

yes jenn, i have camo flipflops...sam thinks flipflops are retarted and that i have "every color imaginable cept for camo"...so i told him i could change that. they're fun bc they have big sparkly diamond things on the strap parts. :) heehee. and might i add that we spent most of our time in SCHEELS too while @ the mall in mankato...they have a 2-level store just like the coral ridge mall does and i got my first tour (quite a thorough one being mike was along too) that day. :)
So they finally got that store open? Now maybe Jordan will be more excited to go to Mankato the next time we're in MN! :)
